SurrendaSoft IT Support is operated by SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd (ABN 87 687 922 729), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We provide professional IT support services for businesses.

When you contact us via the enquiry form, we collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name and email address
• Organisation or company name (optional)
• Support type (e.g. on-site, remote, network, cloud, security, device management, workflow automation)
• Message content and enquiry details

We also collect technical and behavioural information automatically via Google Analytics (Firebase), including:

• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Approximate location (city level)
• Pages visited and scroll depth
• Which sections of the page you viewed
• Button clicks (e.g. “Book a free discovery call”)
• Whether you started, submitted, or abandoned the contact form

This data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our services. We do not track the content of your form submission, message text, name, or email address in analytics. IP addresses are not stored.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you an automated acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your enquiry

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your enquiry data is processed by the following third-party services on our behalf:

• Google Cloud (Firebase Functions) — our contact form submissions are processed by a server-side Cloud Function hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Gmail API (Google) — enquiry notifications and auto-response emails are delivered via the Gmail API. Your message is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
• Google Analytics (Firebase) — anonymised site usage data is collected via Firebase Analytics. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We may also share information where required by law.

Enquiry data submitted via the contact form is delivered to our email inbox and retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfil an engagement. We do not store personal information in any separate database beyond normal email correspondence.

Google Analytics event data is retained for 2 months. User-level data is retained for up to 14 months (reset on new activity) and then automatically deleted.

All form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and processed by Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information

Our website uses analytics cookies (via Google Analytics / Firebase) to understand how visitors use the site. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
